Appointments

At Jenna's Beauty Corner, it is our goal that your salon experience is enjoyable as possible.
In order to expedite your service, we ask that clients arrive on time.


* Should you be more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be rescheduled for a future date.


* It is recommended that appointments be reserved at least one week in advance to get the day and time that is best for your schedule. Please note that Saturdays fill up quick!


* It is recommended to eat before your appointment or bring a light snack if you are having any chemical services done. Refreshments are available upon your arrival.


* We do not except walk-in appointments at this time.


* Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.


* If for any reason Jenna needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.


First Time Customers: Jenna is located inside Azzara Salon & Wine. Azzara is located in the old harmon furniture building on the second floor. Park in one of our three clearly labeled private spots against the building, or if full, continue to the UW paid lot where you can park for $1/hour) If that is full, try the History Museum lot on Pacific (this is the lot you can see from our client lounge.)
We are located in the Harmon Building, above the Harmon Brewery. Follow the signs to the restaurant and turn off when you see our signs.


Upon your arrival you will be seated followed by a brief, but detailed consultation with Jenna. If you feel you need more time to discuss the service you're interested in, please book a consultation appointment. If you have any other questions before your appointment or are unsure what service to book, feel free to contact Jenna by text message, call or social media messenger! 



Cancellations

When you make an appointment with Jenna, we reserve that time and make that time slot exclusively yours. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully ask that at least 12-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling.


Reminder Text and Emails
As a courtesy, we send out automatic text and emails to remind you of your upcoming your appointments one day prior and one hour prior to your appointment date. 


Payment

 Jenna's Beauty Corner accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discovery, Jenna's Beauty Corner Gift Cards, personal checks and cash for services. Jenna reserves the right to require a deposit and/or cash payment for her services.

Deposits for appointments such as hair extensions, must be paid half down in advance, and are refundable if your scheduled appointment is canceled within 12 hours prior to scheduled service. A second reschedule or a “no show” for an appointment is a forfeit of deposits.



Gratuities

We are often asked about gratuities. Gratuities are not included in any services or on gift cards unless noted. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20%. Gratuities can by given in cash, or added to your credit card.


Product Returns

Products not opened or used will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Products returned new or opened within 14 days of purchase will be given a store credit. No refunds will be given after 14 days

Children & Pregnant Clients
For safety reasons, we ask that children under the age of 12 are only permitted in the salon if they are having a service. While we do accept pregnant clients, we do warn against any chemical services such as lightening or coloring, etc. due to hormones and uncertainty of how your service will turn out. If you are uncomfortable with an unknown outcome, please wait to schedule your service at a later time. If we proceed you may be asked to sign a waiver.



We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. Should you have booked an appointment before the price change, your service will be honored at the price it was booked for.



Price Policy

Please note that all keratin service pricing differs upon the length and density of the hair. Your appointment may be reschedule or declined at any point if it starts raining or will be knowingly raining at the time of your service. If you proceed with your appointment in the event of rain, you will be asked to sign a waiver at the time of your appointment. After your appointment, it is the sole duty of the client to not get the hair wet, put the hair up in any shape or form or be around excessive amounts of humidity for at least 72 hours, as it will undo the treatment. If the stylist feels you have neglected these duties at home you will not receive a refund or a touch up free of charge. The keratin treatments can lighten your hair after your service. You cannot color your hair for 7 days until after the service, therefore we suggest booking your service a week prior to your normal color service.  Keratin treatments are not permanent and will only last 3 to 4 months. Keratin services can be used on all hair types. Keratin services can be harsh on someone will asthma or other breathing problems as they do have some fumes. If you are unsure about booking a Keratin Smoothing Treatment appointment, feel free to schedule a consultation before booking your Keratin appointment.



Color Clients

An additional $15.00 charge per bowl of extra color or lightener needed in order to complete your hair service will be added onto the price of your scheduled service. (I.E. long haired clients and thick haired clients.) Please arrive with dry hair, it does not matter if your hair is clean or dirty.
